The Graded Property Report was designed to help individuals with no title background review title work quickly and accurately. Based on the criteria our client sets, we take the title analysis a step further by adding a cover page with a “Pass” or “Fail” grade. If a “Fail” grade is given, then the reasons for fail are listed on the cover page as well.
