SCOTT MCGREGOR, Chief Operations Officer

Scott McGregor has been “making it happen” at ATI since May, 2008. After being named C.O.O. in January, 2013, he has been in charge of leading all of operations and information technology. In collaboration with other Senior Executives, he provides ATI strategic vision while executing new initiatives that will have a significant impact on the company’s key performance metrics. With a strong focus on creating and fostering a “best place to work” culture, Scott manages the ATI senior management team. Together, they are responsible for delivering a positive customer experience each and every time. Scott also serves as a liaison to ATI’s partners, vendors, and clients, and actively participates in industry workgroups.

In his free time, Scott loves to spend time with his wife, Angie, and three kids, Miller, Reyna, and Dominic. Scott’s passion for developing talent spills over to the fun he has coaching his kid’s football and basketball teams. He is an active member in Knights of Columbus and other school and church activities. Scott and his family also enjoy golfing, boating, and cheering on the Huskers.

JEFF ZAKRZEWSKI, Chief Information Officer

Jeff Zakrzewski joined ATI in October of 2014. He has been responsible for core technology initiatives including; computing services, connectivity services, application development, information security, business continuity planning, enterprise business services and information management. He is Proactive and uses Teamwork for problem management and IT project execution. Outside of work, Jeff has a healthy balance where he loves spending time with his wife Lorrie of 15+ years and two beautiful girls, Baylee and Burklee. He also enjoys coaching, community service, fishing, hunting and golfing.

JOSH LIVINGSTON, Vice President of Sales

Josh Livingston joined ATI in October of 2004 as an outside sales rep, and in January 2013, he took over sales and has worked directly with the team in assisting all of our current clients with product development. With current and new clients, his team ensures the correct solution is paired with the correct client; ultimately leading to an Awesome Customer Experience founded on Integrity and Teamwork. His team is responsible for the overall sales and marketing efforts for Title and Valuation services nationally. The team utilizes industry knowledge and experience to drive product development and ensure quality. He is excited to be part of a company that works directly with the clients to gain results, and see the overall satisfaction for all parties involved.

When not in the office, Josh spends time with his wife and two boys. He also loves to play soccer and hit the mountains in the winter for a little skiing.

ALEX STUDENBERG, Vice President of Centralized Operations

Alex Studenberg began at ATI in February of 2006 as a title analyst. He has held various different operational roles prior to his new responsibility of managing the Centralized Operations in October of 2013. He manages Sr. Managers and Managers responsible for the six units within Centralized Services. He makes sure each unit develops goals and objectives that align with the needs and expectations of their clients. Alex ensures daily operations function optimally through overseeing staffing, training, planning, and his knowledge of technology and efficient processes. He actively participates in corporate projects by collaborating with other departments. Alex acts as a key contact with third party service providers to ensure functioning and settlements are accurate, which are both key components for an Awesome Customer Experience through Quality Assurance and Client Services.

Alex enjoys doing anything outdoors, but especially golf, camping and fishing. He also follows and supports Omaha’s independent music scene.

RYAN LEMMON, Vice President of Account Management

Ryan Lemmon joined ATI in May of 2009. He held various operational management positions before moving into Account Management in 2014. His responsibilities include building and maintaining our client relationships by ensuring an Awesome Customer Experience for Title, Settlement and Valuation services. With previous experience managing the Quality Assurance team, Ryan understands the importance of delivering a high-quality product every time. Ryan and his team are always available to assist with solving problems or answering questions. 

When not in the office, Ryan enjoys spending time hiking and camping in the mountains.

JULIE MATTHES, Vice President of Centralized Services

Julie Matthes joined ATI in June of 2015 as our Client Services manager for the Title and Valuation divisions. In September of 2017, she became a member of the senior leadership team and is responsible for overseeing Client Services, Learning and Development, Quality Assurance, and Resource Center departments. These Centralized Services teams are dedicated to ensuring we provide Awesome Customer Experiences to not only our clients but to the internal operational teams that we support. 

In her free time, Julie enjoys spending time with her husband, Mark, their standard poodle, 4 adult children, and 2 grandkids. She enjoys traveling, gardening, cooking, and any outdoor activities.

JERYL L. GRAHAM, Vice President of Title Services

Jeryl L. Graham joined ATI in February of 2013. As vice president of title services, she is responsible for the fulfillment and strategy needed to develop products and delivery methods that ensure ATI continues to exceed customer expectations. Jeryl and her husband Kevin reside in Melbourne Beach, FL. She enjoys staying involved in the community, supporting small businesses, and teaching.

SHANNON FAIRCHILD, Vice President of Operations

Shannon joined ATI in February of 2010. She held various management roles in operations prior to her joining the senior leadership team in June 2015. She is responsible for providing strategic direction within title operations teams. She works with management promototing collaboration and teamwork, streamlining processes to deliver ACE to our clients.

Outside of work, Shannon loves spending time with her husband Brian and their two children Carissa and Brent. She also enjoys cycling, travel, and time with friends at her country home.

KRISTY KOLIVOSKI, Vice President of Operations

Kristy Kolivoski joined ATI as Vice President of Operations in September of 2017 following a career of over 20 years in Consumer Lending for a large Regional bank. Her vast experience in leading Operations for home equity lending allows her to provide valuable insight regarding client expectations and delivering the best possible client experience. Kristy is responsible for various operations teams with focus on process improvement and efficiency, client delivery, and innovative solutions for industry challenges. 

Since relocating from Ohio to Florida, Kristy is taking time to enjoy the warm weather, sunshine and beaches. She loves to travel and enjoys spending time with friends and family.

VIRGIL WATSON, Chief Appraiser

Virgil Watson joined ATI Valuations (formerly Collateral Intelligence) in 2009. Virgil has an extensive history in the valuation industry. Formerly the Director of Vendor Operations at Clear Capital and VP of Valuation Services at Fidelity National Financial, Inc., Virgil’s ability to effectively implement new processes and changes in business structure, dynamics, and methodology have led him to a national reputation as a consummate operations manager. Watson’s 25-year career in property valuation includes long-standing and current licensure as a real estate appraiser.

Outside of work, Virgil loves spending time with his wife, and their three children, Danielle, Allison and Kyle. He enjoys being outdoors fishing, hunting, golfing and is an avid New England sports fan.
