Title

At American Title, we offer tiered and bundled rates for refinance transactions when allowed to give the most competitive rates to borrowers. In tradition with our core value of being proactive, we have developed an in-depth curative process to eliminate delays or last minute challenges with closings. We use our proprietary national Signing Agent network that is vetted, qualified, and graded for accuracy each month to ensure we represent our lending partners in a manner they deserve. Finally, we work closely with the Post Closing team to make sure the Final Policy is delivered quickly to each lender along with reporting to eliminate any confusion or chasing down of lost policies.

Appraisals

The ATIV Select appraiser panel meets each lender’s specific needs and delivers industry-leading turnaround times and unmatched customer service for standard appraisals to the comprehensive high value homes. Our compliance team actively works in collaboration with clients, states, and appraisers to make sure that our processes guarantee a compliant appraisal. ATIV brings industry knowledge paired with cutting edge technology that allows us to exceed client expectations. Traditional Appraisals shouldn't be a challenge for lenders and we have the solution that will help.

Quality Control/Compliance

Some clients may already have a valuation solution but need a third-party oversight partner to meet compliance and regulatory requirement.  From an individual appraisal to a pool of 100,000 loans, our suite of analytic tools helps our clients quantify the risk of the underlying collateral– from a quality and valuation-integrity perspective. Once higher risk loans or properties are identified, we also offer forensic appraisal reviews, Broker Price Opinions, and other field and desktop products.
