Flexible Work Arrangements
We are committed to providing an environment in which employees can achieve work/life balance. ATI encourages and supports flexible work arrangements (FWA) in the form of work-from-home opportunities and a compressed work week.
Wellness Benefit Reimbursement
Reimbursement options are available based on wellness participation. We encourage our employees to be active and healthy. In addition to the monthly reimbursement program, we also have onsite lunch n’ learns to help employees achieve their wellness goals.
Tuition & Job Training Assistance
American Title, Inc. strongly encourages and promotes continued learning and education. We offer two different options to support employees. Tuition Assistance reimburses employees on a grading scale for taking business and computer-related academic courses. Job Training Assistance is for manager-approved seminars, workshops or certification courses/exams that teach/test a skill specific to the position.
Volunteer for Vacation
In an effort to foster employee involvement with the non-profit community, we have instituted a program in which employees can turn volunteer hours into Volunteer for Vacation hours. With this program, we actively encourage employees to give back to the community.
American Title Inc. sponsors many events and organizations within the community. Habitat for Humanity of Omaha is our strongest non-profit partner and Mike Mackintosh, an owner of ATI, sits on the organization’s board. We also help Habitat by providing proper title work for homes that are typically in distress.
Employees are encouraged to rally in support of a cause. Company-wide examples of this are donating to the food bank and the ice bucket challenge. Employees also take advantage of the company’s Volunteer for Vacation program.
